DJ Kidfresh "Official DJ" for O.J. McDuffie's 11th Annual Spring Celebrity Golf Classic Gala at the "Signature Grand" in Davie, Florida.

The Spring Celebrity Golf Classic was held on April 9th and 10th.

The two-day event kicked off with a VIP Reception on Friday at the Signature Grand,with DJ Kidfresh and Jon Saxx on April 9th from 6:00-10:00 p.m. Which included a four-hour premium open bar, appetizers and both live and silent auctions. Sponsors, guests, and celebrities will have the opportunity to mingle and network in a casual and fun atmosphere.

The 2010 11th Annual O.J. McDuffie Spring Celebrity Golf Classic promises to be even more exciting this year than ever. This annual spring tournament with DJ Kidfresh, with participation from both local and national businesses, celebrities and golf enthusiasts, sells out yearly with 144 golfers who have enthusiastically classified the weekend as a “can’t miss experience.”


The golf tournament was held on Saturday, April 10th at Inverrary Country Club in Lauderhill, Florida. This was not your typical celebrity golf tournament. At registration, each participant received a premium gift bag.
After a catered lunch, there was a shot-gun start with foursomes consisting of three players and one celebrity. Each golfer will had the opportunity to win over $100,000in cash and prizes.

There was premium beverages and gourmet food stations throughout the course, sponsored by over fifteen local bars, restaurants and distributors. Participants always look forward to relaxing and taking a break at “O.J’s 19th Hole,” a signature oasis conveniently located in the middle of the course with entertainment, massage therapists and additional food and drinks. The day concluded with an awards dinner, sharing stories and photos of their Spring Celebrity Golf Classic experience.

*This event was a great success the year before and with your help we made it even a Bigger success this season than the year before in 2008.

As was the case last year, many of us know the economy has not been doing so good lately not to say there wasn't already family's in need of help, but now with the situation were facing there are many more. I think it would be a great idea to use our large member base to once again make a difference in our community this holiday.

We asked all our members to help out in any way possible as together we can can make a difference.

I'm proposing that we each donate at least $10 in food or cash donations or a $10 gift card for "Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart", which we can then hand over to a local charity to give to families in need.

This year, like last, were going with the "Neighbors 4 Neighbors" charity which found us a family to personally deliver the items to.

Our goal is to meet on Monday Nov. 24th at our "Home base"
(Starbucks in Hollywood) to collect the donations and deliver them on Weds the 25th. If anyone wants to help but can't make it to the event we can work something out just call me and let me know. If you want to come along on Weds to drop the donations off your more than welcome to and encouraged to do so.
Let's make a difference this year and change the holiday for a few families.

I ask that we try to give a minimum of $10 but any little bit helps and there is no maximum.

The Pinch Sobe brand is a high-end clothing line that is custom-made and manufactured in South Beach, FL. The uniquely styled clothing line which consist of dresses, gowns, jeans, and tops are custom crafted by talented seamstresses.

Pinch Sobe was brought to life by owner and creative director David Douenias who wanted to combine fashion and South Beach art without limitations. Feeling that there was a void in the combination of hand paint, crystals and embroidery his ideas come to life.

Born April 6, 1979 in Rockaway, NJ and moved to South Florida in 1994 David has developed a love for South Beach as well as its art. Inspired by the colors, the people, the energy that Miami gives off, each garment is individually cut, hand painted, embroidered, and stoned with South Beach haute couture in mind.
